Full Automation System for Concrete Plant
Project Description
The Wiser team implemented a complete automation system for a modern concrete plant aimed at improving production stability, product consistency, and energy efficiency. The system is based on SIEMENS automation ecosystem and includes both technical and software configurations tailored specifically to the plant’s unique requirements.
Additional integration:
The system also incorporates the collection of operational statistics from concrete mixing machines and related technological data, enabling the operator to assess equipment efficiency and production stability in real time.
The work performed included:

Assessment of the existing plant infrastructure and planning of the I/O structure

Selection and configuration of the programmable logic controller (PLC)

Programming of recipe management algorithms, precise control of mixing speed and water dosing

Creation of the operator panel interface and integration of the visual control system

Development of software and automation logic for processes

Integration with remote monitoring and operational alarms

Commissioning, testing, and personnel training
Result:
The automation system significantly reduced human errors, increased production speed, and ensured process control both on-site and remotely.
