Modernization of the TUG System for Enguri HPP’s 260 MW Generator

A full-scale modernization of the thermal monitoring system was carried out for two hydro units at Enguri HPP. The upgrade included the automated monitoring of stator temperature, bearing temperature, and oil level.

Restoration of the relay protection system of the Vardnili HPP generator

A critical fault was identified in the relay protection system of the 75 MW generator at Vardnili Hydroelectric Power Plant. As a result, it was necessary to replace one of the relay devices with a Siemens SIPROTEC 4 series unit.
